  • Customers must record a package opening video for transit damage claims.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered products.

  • Replacement is provided only for transit-damaged products, subject to strict conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • A package opening video is mandatory for any replacement claim.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
