1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges imposed by the courier for remote locations will be communicated separately, if required.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are securely packed using protective materials suitable for fragile clay cookware.

  • Despite careful packing, minor delays or transit handling issues may occasionally occur.

6. Transit Damage

  • In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, we offer replacement only, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • A clear package opening video is mandatory to process any transit damage claim.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Kalimannu is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Kalimannu shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions or force majeure events
