At Kalimannu, each order is carefully prepared, packed, and processed to ensure safe delivery of handcrafted clay products. Please read our cancellation policy before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible after placing the order

• Once the order is packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible

2. Orders Already Shipped

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

• Once shipped, the order will be treated as a completed sale

• Refusal of delivery will not be considered as a valid cancellation

3. Non-Cancellable Products

All products sold by Kalimannu are handcrafted and fragile in nature.
Therefore:

• We do not accept cancellations after dispatch

• We do not offer refunds for shipped or delivered orders

4. Transit Damage Exception

If the product is damaged during transit:

• Replacement will be provided as per our Return & Refund Policy

• A package opening video is mandatory for replacement claims

(Transit damage does not qualify as a cancellation.)
