Return & Refund Policy

Kalimannu Natural & Clay Products

All products sold by Kalimannu Natural & Clay Product are handcrafted, fragile, and made from natural clay. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

Kalimannu does not accept returns or offer refunds on any delivered products.

All sales are considered final, subject only to the limited transit damage replacement outlined below.

2. Transit Damage Replacement (Strict Conditions)

Replacement will be provided only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Product is damaged during transit only

  • A clear, continuous package opening video is provided

  • Video must start before opening the sealed package and show the damage clearly

  • Claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

📌 Claims without a package opening video will be automatically rejected.

3. Replacement Scope

  • Approved claims will be replaced only, not refunded

  • Replacement will be processed once per order only

  • Replacement decision rests solely with Kalimannu

4. Non-Eligible Claims

Replacement or refund will not be provided for:

  • Damage caused due to usage, seasoning, high flame, or sudden temperature changes

  • Cracks developed after delivery

  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Claims without a package opening video

  • Natural variations in colour, texture, size, or finish

  • Improper handling or failure to follow care instructions

5. Refund Exception

Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible, at the sole discretion of Kalimannu.
No refund shall be considered as a matter of right.

6. Customer Responsibility

Clay cookware requires proper handling and care.
Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered under this policy.

7. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Kalimannu Natural & Clay Product, the customer unconditionally accepts this Return & Refund Policy.
